with Dark Chocolate & Habanero Peppers. Antioxidants found in Dark Chocolate are
at four times of that found in Green Tea & Red Wine Also the Flavonoids that are
found in Chocolate have two positive effects they block arterial damage caused
by free radicals and the second is that chocolate inhibits platelet aggregation
which can cause heart attack or stroke.
The Habanero peppers contain capsaicin that is the source
of the heat in hot peppers. Capsaicin improves digestion by stimulating stomach
secretions, lowers triglycerides, triggers the release of endorphins, unclogs
stuffy noses, may reduce high blood pressure, may protect against some forms of
cancers.
Plus capsaicin
raises your metabolism and burns calories. But aside from the medicinal
reasons. You just gotta love that sweet-hot sensation you receive as the
chocolate melts in your mouth and that heat starts creeping in.
