Made
with Dark Chocolate & Habanero Peppers. Antioxidants found in Dark Chocolate are
at four times of that found in Green Tea & Red Wine Also the Flavonoids that are
found in Chocolate have two positive effects they block arterial damage caused
by free radicals and the second is that chocolate inhibits platelet aggregation
which can cause heart attack or stroke.
The Habanero peppers contain capsaicin that is the source
of the heat in hot peppers. Capsaicin improves digestion by stimulating stomach
secretions, lowers triglycerides, triggers the release of endorphins, unclogs
stuffy noses, may reduce high blood pressure, may protect against some forms of
cancers.
Plus capsaicin
raises your metabolism and burns calories. But aside from the medicinal
reasons. You just gotta love that sweet-hot sensation you receive as the
chocolate melts in your mouth and that heat starts creeping in.

We
here at Kato's have been keeping very busy!
This
past February we took a little business excursion to Albuquerque, New Mexico
for the National Fiery Food Show.
There we met up with some email
buddys from Australia and met a whole new bunch of interesting friends.
We
found their products so unusual we just had to add them to our site.
You guys are the best!
Oh,
yah where was I. We traveled and ate a whole lot. On the way
back we stopped at
the
famous Mulates for Some Crawfish Etoufe in New Orleans.
Check it out here!!
After we finally made it home. 10 days later and a truck full
of memories and all the sauces
Mick could collect. We finally decided that
we needed to team up with our good ole friends from
Cripple Creek Growers. We have since traveled
to a few Botanical Festivals. It's great , those hippy plant
lovers can't get enough of our Finest in Florida
Sauces. And I mean that in a good way... They sure do spice
up those veggie burgers. Mick and I are also
learning all about the fundamentals of ancient pepper growing.
from the masters. You know from that
guy Steve and that other guy Al. Their not much for those rules and
regulations, but they sure do grow some pretty
looking plants. Their peppers make some mighty fine sauces
also.
